Green Goddess Smoothie


1 cup unsweetened apple juice * 1 kiwi fruit * 1/2 ripe avocado * 1/2 banana * juice of a lime *1 large handful of baby spinach * a few pieces of ice *

Method Add all of the ingredients to a blender, adding additional cold water to achieve desired consistency * if juicing an apple first, consider adding a celery stick & some fresh ginger *

There are many variations on this immune & digestive supporting smoothie. Consider adding matcha powder or spirulina for an extra kick!
