Anti-inflammatory spice blend for tea

Haldi Tea Spice Mix
2 tsps ground turmeric
4 tsp ground cinnamon
4 tsp ground star anise or cloves
1 tsp grated nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground black pepper.
This is a lovely spice mix to make up, store, and use ahead of time. It contains fantastic anti-inflammatory turmeric, blood sugar balancing cinnamon, warming nutmeg and star anise, with a dash of black pepper.
Steep 1/2 tsp of the spice powder in a mug with a large pinch of black tea, or a slice of root ginger and top up a squeeze of lemon. Warning: you may become addicted to this
