The Classic - Beetroot, Carrot, Apple & Ginger Juice


A gorgeous, anti-viral, blood cleansing, immune boosting, vitamin C rich and all round super-tastic health drink you can produce at the flick of a button any day of the week. Well maybe you'll need to do a little chopping first, but really .. with a little planning, this powerhouse can be yours for a few pence and not the £6 you'll be charged in a juice bar.


You will need:


1 medium beetroot, chopped

2 medium carrots, chopped

2 apple, sliced (or chopped..)

and a knob of ginger.. yes..chopped.

1 knob of fresh turmeric, optional..


Depending on what type of juicer you have, you may want to invite in a strainer bag. These are sold to people who want to make Almond Milk usually, but they are inexpensive and mean you can really drain all the goodness out of the pulp your juicer will leave behind. You can also use a decent piece of linen or some net curtain material.. anything to save that precious elixir from going to waste.
