1/2 fresh or frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 tsp each of coconut flakes
chia seeds & peanut or almond butter
2 tbsp full fat live yoghurt
a splash of milk
pumpkin & sunflower seeds, nuts, bee pollen if available and sliced strawberries to garnish Method Simply add all the ingredients (except the garnishes) to a blender and whizz for about 1 minute. Pour out into a bowl and add the toppings.
The important bit here is the protein & fat content combined with the sweetness of the fruit. Feel free to use a spoon of protein powder, coconut oil or soaked oats. Invent your own recipe - spinach, lime juice & avocado works nicely too ;-)
